The original Bylaws of Shadow Ridge Phase I Homeowners’ Association were created on January 20,1994 and the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions were created on October 1, 1992. The Bylaws, Covenants and Articles of Incorporation are available below. Each of the files are revised to reflect the latest approved amendments. The amended sections are outlined throughout the documents in blue. A list of the revisions and when they were approved can be found in the appendix of each of the documents.
