Covenants and Bylaws   The original Bylaws of Shadow Ridge Phase I Homeowners’ Association were created on January 20,1994 and the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions were created on October 1, 1992. Both the Bylaws and Covenants are available in two formats, Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF. Each of the files are revised to reflect the latest approved amendments. The amended sections are outlined throughout the documents in blue.
